This limited confidentiality will prevent disclosure that you will pay a price greater than the one submitted in a written offer in your real estate transaction. It will prevent disclosure of the motivation you have in buying the property in your real estate transaction. It will prevent disclosure that you will agree to financing terms other than those offered in your real estate transaction, or of any other information you request to remain confidential in your real estate transaction.
